I’ve always loved the comfort of being at home, but I wanted candles that were as beautiful as they were safe. Too many left me with headaches or triggered my allergies, so I started making my own. That’s unacceptable, in your place of comfort, you should be able to romanticize and glamorize your at home self care. At 113 Degrees, we hand-pour clean-burning soy candles with premium, phthalate-free fragrances, so you can enjoy luxury and peace of mind in the place you love most.

Candle Care

  • Trim wick at least 1/4 inch before each burn.
  • Avoid burning near drafts or vents.
  • Allow candle to burn for 2-3 hours.
  • Never leave candle unattended.
  • Do not touch or move candle while burning or cooling.
  • Keep away from children, pets, or anything that can catch fire.
  • To avoid soot, extinguish with lid, snuffer, or wick dipper.
  • Do not use water to extinguish.
  • Stop using candle once 1/4 inch of wax is remaining.

Reed Diffuser Care

  • Choose a small area for your diffuser.
  • Place 6-8 reeds inside the diffuser.
  • For stronger throw use more reed sticks.
  • Do not touch reed sticks absorbed with fragrance with bare hands.
  • Keep away from children, pets, or anything that can catch fire.
  • To avoid maximize frangrance quicker dip one of the reeds sticks then flip.
  • Give reed diffuser at least 1 week to perform

What is the return policy?
  • The return policy allows customers to request a return within 14 days of the item(s) being delivered.

  • A Return and Refund policy usually consists of: Items must be unused and in the same condition received in order for a refund to be processed.

  • To request a refund, please email thebbcollectionluxury@gmail.com with the subject "Return request." Please give us at least 2 business days to respond.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, check your email in regards to the decision and processing of refund. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 5- 7 business days.
How long does shipping take?

For best quality, processing may take up to two weeks as each candle is hand-poured and batched in small quantities.

Shipping may take 2-5 business days. Customers will be notified via email upon shipment date along with the tracking number.

What is the average burn time?

113 Degrees candles are made with soy wax to ensure a cleaner and safer burn. Our 12 oz candles burn up to 40 hours, 7 oz. candles up to 35 hours, and 5 oz. candles up to 20 hours.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are hand-poured in Georgia. We use natural products such as soy wax, cotton wicks, and safe fragrance oils.
